All HAY BABY products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. We will notify you by e-mail once your order has shipped. If you need an item rushed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
HAY BABY uses US POSTAL SERVICE for all shipments. 
Standard shipping and handling is a flat rate of $9.95.
Rush orders are subject to additional fees.

RETURNS
Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment.  In this case, the item must be returned within 15 days of receipt, at the purchaser's shipping expense. Once the original item is returned, you will be issued store credit only, minus the shipping fees. Currently, we do not offer money back for returns. Please return your items via UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or gets lost in transit

Please note: There will be no refunds on custom frames. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm all birth announcement statistics and correct spelling of the baby's name, prior to placing the order.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we could replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, the item must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Once we receive your damaged item, we will send your replacement. Please return your items via UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or gets lost in transit.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped within the state of New York will pay 8.625% sales tax.
